Trashed Emails

The
Trash Folder contains a list of unwanted emails. These emails
will be deleted after the number of days set in System Settings,
However you may wish to look at this folder occasionally as
emails are automatically trashed if you are using the Word
Filter functionality.
The
selected email are to be:
performs
one of the actions in the drop down list on selected emails.
Select an email by click the box, this can be one or more
emails but be aware that deleting emails cannot be undone.
Does
nothing. (The default action)
The
email is moved from trash to your inbox ( you may have to
press Send/Receive to see it ). The senders address is not
added to the Allowed
Addresses and you will not Receive further emails
from this Sender.
The
email is moved from trash to your inbox ( you may have to
press Send/Receive to see it ). The senders address is removed
from the Banned
Addresses and added to the Allowed
Addresses so you will now get subsequent emails
from the sender automatically.

This
is optional and no changes are made to Allowed or Banned Addresses
if you click No.
Use
with caution!! Once deleted the email can no longer
be recovered. The email will also be automatically be deleted
after the set number of days in System Settings.

After
selecting multiple or single items you can also right click
the list to select an action

Reading
a Trashed Email
Emails
can be viewed by double clicking the email, this will enable
the email to be read if you want to know its content.

From
the view window you can read the email, however no attachments
or pictures are shown. Various other options are available
from the toolbar menu

Delete
Use
with caution!! Once deleted the email can no longer
be recovered. The email will also be automatically be deleted
after the set number of days in System Settings.
Allow
This
button has two functions, its default action is to allow once
or you can choose always allow from the black triangle menu.
Close
the email by clicking X to take no action. |
